At MooPoint Platform ("MooPoint," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our web-based AI platform, including our Model-Agnostic AI Chat, MCP Servers, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

- Customization Data: Information related to your custom MCP servers, assistants, memory providers, and personalized settings.

- Feedback and Support: Information you provide when contacting us for support or offering feedback.
Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data):
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you use our Service. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, access times, and features used within the Service.
- Usage Patterns: Data about how you interact with the Service, such as the features you use, the time spent on different sections, and the frequency of your activities.

Information from Third-Party LLM Providers:
When you interact with LLM providers through MooPoint, the responses and output from these models may be processed and stored by MooPoint to maintain conversation context and history. However, MooPoint does not control the data practices of these third-party providers. Your interactions are governed by their respective privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate, deliver, and maintain the functionality of the MooPoint platform, including enabling AI chat, managing MCP server connections, and handling conversation context.

- With Third-Party LLM Providers: When you use the AI chat features, your prompts and certain contextual data are transmitted to the LLM provider you have selected (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) via your securely stored API key to generate responses. We do not control how these third-party providers use or store data on their end.
- With Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers: If you connect to or use custom MCP servers, data may be exchanged between MooPoint and these servers to enable extended capabilities and custom tools. The data handling practices of these external MCP servers are governed by their own policies.
- With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting providers, database services, and analytics providers. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Regarding "Pay Per Use": MooPoint does not process or store your payment information for your direct usage of LLM providers. You pay your chosen LLM provider directly for their services, and their payment processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. This includes:
- Encryption of API Keys: Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely within our backend service.
- Access Controls: Limiting access to your information to authorized personnel who need to know that information to perform their job functions.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., for legal, tax, or accounting purposes). When we no longer need to process your personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will delete or anonymize it.

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
